Inclusions for shiva valley trek
Upon Arrival at starting point, a short briefing with some refreshments at Lakhmawaton ka Gurha at 12:00 Noon.
Starting the trek with some packed lunch at 01:00 P.M.
After a 5 KM trek over ridge line, we reach our campsite around 05:00 P.M.
Refreshments & evening snacks with a breath-taking sunset view.
Bonfire and dinner at 08:00 P.M.
Waking up & enjoying morning tea & snacks at 06:00 AM.
Short hike to get an exposure about the historical values of the place
Brunch at 10:00 A.M.
Descending the peak at 11:00 A.M.
Rappelling activity while descending the mountain
Reach the starting point by 01:00 P.M.

For booking, we need 100% advance payment for flight/train. 50% advance for land-package.

The Quotation given is based on above mentioned hotels subject to availability or similar category will be provided and based on standard category rooms.

Balance to be paid 21 days before departure date. Failing to pay the balance on due date may lead to cancellation of the booking and forfeit of any advance paid.

No flight/Train/Bus/Cruise ticket, hotels has been blocked. The fares may be subjected to change at the time of booking.

TOC Tours Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible in case of delay in flight/trains.

TOC Tours Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible in delay or cancellation of any day tour or other things mentioned in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, accident, strike, riots, natural calamities or act of god like – snowfall, rainfall, landslide, earth-quake, etc.

Cancellation Policies

Only Credit note will be given in case of cancellation from client’s end before 15 days of travel date.

No refund or credit note in case of travel date is less than 14 days.

Any extra charges due to change in plan will have additional charges, to be borne by guest.

31 days or more before departure date: 60% of the cancellation fee will be levied.

30-8 days before the departure date: 80% of the cancellation fee will be levied

Less than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the cancellation fee will be levied

In case flight/train tickets are booked by us, the normal cancellation policy of airline/railway will be applied.

In case of no-show on the date of departure or early release form the tour, no refund will be provided.

Any advance paid is non-refundable.
